It’s not a poinsettia.
This hibiscus is the more tropical version of a festive, red bloom for the season, perpetually flowering in a clime that holds at about 72 degrees, year-round.

My goodness, what a cheery sight! Give me a hibiscus any day over the poinsettia. FYI, it’s minus a bazillion here in my corner today. -23 degrees celcius. The dog refuses to go out. Smart fella.
